2.    Learned counsel for the plaintiff   has filed this application under Order 23 Rule 1 CPC in which it is clearly stated that the matter has already been compromised and settled between the parties outside the court, therefore, the plaintiff does not want to proceed further. Along with learned counsel authorized officers of both the parties are also present and they have no objection In view of the above the suit is dismissed as withdrawn with all pending applications.
