          Comments have been filed on behalf of Respondent No.4 wherein it has been categorically stated that the alleged detenu Farrukh Javaid has been arrested in FIR No.178 of 2015 registered at P.S. Rizvia. The comments are taken on record. Since the detenu is no more a missing person the petition is disposed of. The petitioner, however, will be at liberty to seek his remedy under the law.
