          Serious flagrant violations have been alleged in the instant case against Respondent No.4, namely, Syed Mazhar Hussain Shah S/o Syed Fazal Hussain Shah, when he was Administrator, NIPA Employees Co-operative Housing Society Limited. In the order dated 29.5.2015 it was noted that Respondent No.4 has misappropriated a huge sum of Rs.10.00 million, however, he deposited only Rs.9.00 million in compliance of the order dated 29.5.2015 and Rs.1.00 million still remains to be deposited. The counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.4 has stated that Respondent No.4 has no record of the said society with him and, whereas, as per the counsel for the petitioner, when Respondent No.4 forcibly occupied the office of the society the entire record was taken by him in his custody which he has misappropriated. We in the circumstances refer this matter to the Chairman NAB for enquiry and report within two months.
