            The petitioner has prayed for the direction against the respondent No.1 to restrain the respondents No.2 and 3 from causing any harassment to the petitioner and his family on the behest of private respondents.

            The comments of respondent No.3 are already on record while learned A.A.G. has filed comments of respondent No.2. In both the comments they have denied to have caused the harassment to the petitioner.

            The petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and act strictly in accordance with law.
