            The petitioner has sought direction against the respondents to accept the nomination paper of the petitioner for contesting the election of the Local Bodies.

            This petition was filed in the month of January 2014. No fresh date of Sindh Local Bodies elections has been announced by the Government and the earlier schedule of elections was set-aside in the Constitution Petition entertained at Principal Seat relating to delimitation of wards for the election of Local Bodies.

            The petition is dismissed. However, as and when the new election schedule is announced the petitioner may fill nomination form in accordance with law.
