            Despite notices, nobody is present for respondent No. 5 to 7. The learned Additional Advocate General Sindh for the official respondents has filed the comments of respondents No.8 and 9 which are taken on record. SSP Sanghar has stated in the comments that the petitioner did not approach him for any legal help and whatever orders may be passed the same will be complied with. The S.H.O P.S Mangli has also submitted the comments. Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh submits that if the petitioner will approach the respondents No.8 and 9 necessary protection will be provided to him in accordance with law.

This petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondents No.8 and 9 to provide necessary protection to the petitioner in accordance with law and also ensure that no harassment is caused to him by the respondents No. 5 to 7. So far as the prayer of recording statement of the petitioner and registration of case is concerned, the petitioner has adequate and equally efficacious remedy provided under Section 22-A Cr.P.C for which the petitioner may approach the concerned Justice of Peace and file appropriate proceedings.
