4.         The applicants have applied for protective bail in crime No.14/2015 of PS Railway Rohri lodged under sections 337-A, 353, 34 PPC, 120, 121 Railway Act and 6 & 7 ATA. The complainant is railway employee who lodged this FIR on 27-04-2015 that when he was on duty on 26-04-2015 one young boy Babar Ali Shah (applicant No.2) crossed the Jaffer Express Train on motorcycle when he restrained the boy he brought applicants No.1, 3 & 4, who maltreated the complainant with lathis and butt blows of pistols and he received serious injuries.

            The learned counsel argued that due to some political victimization the applicants have been involved in the false case; they want to surrender before the trial Court but they are apprehending their arrest.

            Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for ten (10) days from today subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (rupees one hundred thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This protective bail order will remain in force for ten (10) days from today or the date when the applicants will surrender before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

Criminal Bail Application stands disposed of.
