Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, Additional A.G. Sindh along with Ghulam Sarwar Mallah, District Education Officer Secondary Jamshoro.

The learned counsel for the petitioner argued that petitioner is Non-Governmental Organization registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and they are struggling for providing Legal Aid to the people and also raising voice for betterment of the society including the facility of education in the remote areas. They have filed this petition for the protection of Government Girls High School, situated in Bhan Syedabad town on the premise that in the 2013 summer vacations some unknown persons came at the School building with the intention to demolish the walls and on the resistance of people of local area they left the place but there is still an apprehension that they will repeat the same unlawful act in future.

On notice to the respondents, Mr. Ghulam Sarwar Mallah, District Education Officer, Jamshoro is present and he submits that government is running the School peacefully and there is no such apprehension in their mind and the School is continuously imparting education to the students of the area.

On this statement, the counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly. However, it is clarified that in case of any such unlawful attempt, the respondents No.3 to 5 are directed to provide necessary protection to the School management and building so that the institution may continue peacefully in future.
