The petitioner has sought the directions against the respondents No.1 to 4 to cancel the contract awarded to the respondent No.5for cattle piri, U.C. Dando, Taluka Tando Ghulam Hyder, District Tando Muhammad Khan and he has sought further direction against the respondents to conduct fresh auction.

Despite notices to the respondents, no comments have been filed. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents are going to hold fresh auction and he submits that in fresh auction petitioner will fill the tender. The learned Additional A.G. Sindh submits that whenever the fresh auction is conducted or tender is called, the petitioner may apply in accordance with law.

The petition is disposed of accordingly along with listed application.
