Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, Additional A.G. Sindh along with Daimuddin Panhwar, D.F.C. Dadu.

The petitioners have prayed that the directions be issued to the respondents No.5 to 7 to issue ‘Bardana’ empty bags.

Learned Additional A.G. Sindh has filed the comments of respondents No.4 and 5. Daimuddin Panhwar, District Food Controller, Dadu is also present.

After arguing at some length, Daimuddin Panhwar, District Food Controller, Dadu (respondent No.5) submits that in view of the order passed by this Court in C.P No.D-559/2015 and connected petitions filed by some other petitioners, he will issue ‘Bardana’ empty bags to the petitioners on production of all relevant documents within four days. The counsel for the petitioners is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
