3.         All the 10 applicants have approached this Court for protective bail in Crime No.45/2015, registered at Police Station A-Section Dadu on 24.02.2015, under sections 341, 427, 353, 148, 149, 506 PPC r/w sections 6/7 ATA.

            The ASI Muhammad Siddique lodged the FIR on behalf of the State on the allegations that two accused Nizam and Munawar were arrested in Crime No.40/2014. Thereafter, 40 to 50 persons including the present applicants started protest, raised hindrances in flowing traffic and public persons as well as raised slogans and demanded the release of the arrested accused persons.  

            Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the applicants have been falsely implicated in this case with malafide intention. They want to approach the trial Court but they apprehend their arrest.

            Without touching the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for a period of 07 days from today subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This protective bail order will remain operative for seven days from today or when the applicants surrender before the trial Court, whichever is earlier.

            Bail application stands disposed of.
