            The petitioner has prayed that respondent No.1 be directed not to process Human Right Application No.Nil of 2013 (Liaquat V. Mukhtiarkar Tando Bago and others).

            Today, the same counsel for petitioner has submitted the copy of order passed in Human Rights Application No.962 of 2013, whereby learned Director Human Rights/Sessions Judge, Badin disposed of the same on the premises that matter is pending before this Court. There was no stay order passed by this Court and the Sessions Judge/Director Human Rights could have disposed of the application in accordance with law, but he has disposed of the same as mentioned above. The petitioners and respondent No.5 may appear before the Sessions Judge/Director Human Rights, who will decide the Human Rights Application No.962 of 2013 in accordance with law, within a period of one month after hearing the both parties. Meanwhile, respondent No.5 shall not cause any harassment to the petitioners.

            Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
