            Learned counsel for petitioners has filed a statement that the matter has been resolved outside the Court, therefore, petitioners want to withdraw this petition. The statement has been signed by petitioner No.1, who is one of the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner No.2 Rahim Dad Khan and he admits that he has been instructed by other legal heirs also to withdraw this petition and he undertakes and accept entire responsibility of the withdrawal of instant petition. The statement is taken on record, copy whereof provided to learned Additional A.G. Learned counsel for interveners and Additional A.G. have no objection.

            In view of above statement, the petition is disposed of accordingly, alongwith listed applications.
