Mr.Saad Siddiqui, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama for respondent Nos.5 and 6. Learned Standing Counsel has filed the comments of respondent Nos.1 and 2 along with his statement. The SHO P.S. Boat Basin has also filed his comments.

The petitioner has prayed that the respondent may be restrained from harassing the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has nothing to do with the Crime No.75/2014 which was lodged against Ansir Mehmood who was running welding workshop in Shireen Jinnah Colony and the FIR was lodged against the theft of electricity. Today, the I.O. of the crime is present and submits that Ansir Mehmood in his statement clearly stated that the business was being operated by the petitioner and he used is CNIC copy for taking Kunda connection. The I.O. showed the copy of charge-sheet No.91 dated 10.11.2014 in which the present petitioner has been shown absconder. He has been implicated in the challan on the basis of statement given by Ansir Mehmood. Learned counsel for the petitioner  submits that it was not in the knowledge of the petitioner that he has been declared absconder, therefore, he requests that the petitioner may be given protective bail so  that he may appear before the trial court for obtaining bail. Learned Standing Counsel and counsel for the respondent Nos.5 and 6 have no objection.

The petitioner is granted protective bail for 07 days from today to surrender before the trial court subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) with P.R. Bound in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this court. This order will remain in force for 07 days from today or the date on which the petitioner will surrender  before the trail court, whichever is earlier. The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
