          Learned counsel for the K.M.C categorically stated that after repatriation of the petitioner from Port Qasim Authority, he has been allowed to join local Government/KMC and his posting order will be issued commensurate to his cadre and pay scale. As far as salary is concerned, learned counsel for the K.M.C undertakes that same will be paid within a period of one month. Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with this statement.

          The petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed applications.
