            The petitioner has prayed for the transfer of F.C. Suit No.196/2010 (new number 114/2013) from the Court of IInd Senior Civil Judge, Nawabshah to any other competent Court for disposal according to law. In para-8 of the petition the main reason for transfer is the allegation of bias against the Judge as, according to the petitioner he used to pass remarks against the petitioner party and his attitude was so harsh. Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Presiding Officer, against whom the said allegations have been leveled, has already been transferred, therefore, the petitioner is not interested to pursue this petition anymore. The petition is disposed of accordingly, alongwith pending application.
