            Learned Additional A.G. has filed comments of respondents No.2 and 3, in which it is clearly stated that the petitioners No.1 and 2 have contracted marriage on their freewill. The case regarding the abduction of petitioner No.1 i.e. Crime No.38/2015 of Police Station Badin, lodged by respondent No.4, who is father of petitioner No.1, has been disposed of in “C” class and the I.O. has submitted final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate for passing necessary orders.

            After perusing the comments of respondents No.2 and 3, learned counsel for the petitioners is satisfied.

            Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with the direction to learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Badin to pass orders on the final report submitted by the I.O. under “C” class in Crime No.38/2015 of Police Station Badin.
