            The petitioners have prayed that respondents No.1 and 2 be restrained not to cause any harassment to the petitioners or arrest their family members without permission of this Court.

            The learned D.A.G. has already filed comments, in which respondents have categorically denied the allegations and further submit that no harassment is caused to the petitioners and their family members. Same statement has been reiterated by the Assistant Director (Legal) ACE, Hyderabad, who is present in Court.

            Counsel for the petitioner is satisfied thus this petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No.1 and 2 to act strictly in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and their family members.
