The petitioner has approached this Court for the directions against the respondent No.2 for the mutation in the record of rights and also attached the copy of the application without any acknowledgement or endorsement showing that he has approached to the Mukhtiarkar for the said purpose. The appropriate remedy is available under the law. This petition is not maintainable, even otherwise no one is present for the petitioner. The petition is dismissed accordingly alongwith listed application.
