4-         All the applicants are police officials and they have applied for protective bail in Direct Complaint No.11 of 2015 lodged U/s 365-A,346, 337-A(ii), 337-F(ii),  34 PPC, 6 & 7 of Anti Terrorist Act 1997. Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants are willing to surrender before the learned trial court but vide order dated 22.4.2015 the complaint was admitted and cognizance was taken but learned Anti Terrorism Court has issued NBWs against all the applicants so they apprehend their arrest. He further submits that same complainant earlier filed applications U/s 22-A& B Cr.P.C twice for seeking directions of registration of FIR but learned Justice of Peace dismissed the said applications. Thereafter complainant has filed the Direct Complaint in Anti Terrorism Court

                        Without touching merits of the case the applicants are granted protective bail for ten(10) days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) each with PR Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court. The operation of N.B.W is also suspended during this protective bail order.

                        This protective bail order will remain in force for 10(ten) days or the date when the applicants will surrender before the trial court whichever is earlier.  Bail application is disposed of.
