4-         All the applicants have applied for protective bail in crime No.15 of 2015 of P.S.Rukkan U/s 324,148,149,353,123-A,124-A PPC 6/7 ATA 1997. The allegations in the FIR are that Jia-Sindh Party announced strike and when complainant reached to Hyder chowk Phulji station that at about 1045 hours they heard the voice of fires where 29/30 persons were coming with pistols and Dandas and they were raising slogans of Jia-Sindh and also using abusive language. They also threatened to shopkeepers and compelling them to close their shops and injured LNK Meer Muhammad. Learned counsel for applicants submits that applicants are ready to surrender before the learned trial court but challan has been submitted and their NBWs have been issued, so they apprehend their arrest.

            Without touching merits of the case applicants are granted protective bail for 10(ten) days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/ - (Rupees Fifty thousand only) each with PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this court. This protective bail order will remain in force for 10-days from today or the date when the applicants will surrender before the trial court whichever is earlier.
