4-         Applicants have approached to this Court for protective bail in crime No.163 of 2014 lodged at police station Makli on 29.12.2014 U/s 384, 385,506(2),37-H(ii),34 PPC, 6/7 A.T.A. The allegations against present applicants are that they used to demand “Bhatta” and on refusal they started firing and left the place of incident.

            Learned counsel argued that applicants/accused want to surrender before the learned trial Court but their non-bailable warrants have been issued so they apprehend their arrest. He further argued that both the applicants have been falsely implicated in the case of “Bhatta”.

            Without touching merits  of the case applicants are granted protective bail for seven(7) days subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand only) each and PR Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This protective bail order will remain in force for seven(7) days or the date when the applicants will surrender before the trial Court whichever is earlier.

            Bail application is disposed of.
