                        Learned counsel for appellant submits that appellant has already been released from prison and he has completed his sentence. Senior Superintendent Central Prison Hyderabad has submitted report dated 20.04.2015 in which it is clearly stated that appellant has already been released from prison on completion of his sentence.

                        In view of the above position the learned counsel for appellant does not press this appeal. Learned D.P.G has no objection if the appeal is disposed of. Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
