                        Petitioners approached this court directly for seeking direction against respondent No.5 to register FIR. They have further prayed that respondents No.2 to 5 may also be directed no to register any FIR against them. This matter was fixed lastly on 21.11.2014, since nobody was present it was adjourned. Again neither petitioners are present nor their counsel, even otherwise for seeking direction against the SHO for registration of FIR, the equally efficacious remedy is available U/s 22-A & B Cr.P.C for which petitioners may approach.

                        This petition is dismissed.
