                        Petitioner present alongwith his counsel. Respondent No.5 is also present. Petitioner has prayed that respondents No.1 to 4 for directions not to harass the petitioner and his son at the instance of respondent No.5. Family dispute has been converted into inquiry conducted by Anti-Corruption department which is dispute of civil nature. Letter dated 14.4.2014 is available on record which was written by the Inquiry Officer Anti-Corruption Establishment Hyderabad to Managing Director Water & Sanitation Agency H.D.A Hyderabad which shows that inquiry into complaint No.137/2014 against the petitioner. In this letter request was made to the Managing Director to ensure the presence of petitioner to attend the inquiry. Comments of respondents No.1 & 2 are also on record in which they have denied that they have caused any harassment to petitioner but he submitted that respondent No.5 moved an application on 02.7.2012 against petitioner for the properties made by him during his service and some allegations of illegal gratification were also made. Today respondent No.5 submits that he has no grievance against the petitioner and he is no more interested into the inquiry conducted by Anti-Corruption Establishment. He further submits that he will also make written representation to Anti-Corruption Establishment Department whereby he will not press his complaint against petitioner. In view of his statement petition is disposed of. So far as inquiry is concerned it is Anti-Corruption Establishment Department to see, whether it may be closed on the statement of respondent No.5 or not, however they will not cause any harassment to petitioner and will strictly act in accordance with law.
