                        Petitioner has prayed that respondents No.5, 8, 10 & 17 may be restrained from causing any harassment to the petitioner. Comments of respondents are also available on record whereby they have denied to have caused any harassment to the petitioner. Respondent No.11 has lodged crime No.97 of 2013 at police station Piniyari against the petitioner in which learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has already granted bail. Learned A.A.G as well as officers present in court clearly submit that official respondents will strictly act according to law and will not cause any harassment to petitioner. Petitioner’s counsel is satisfied with this statement.

                        Petition is disposed of with the directions to respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and act strictly in accordance with law.
