            Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing this petition, the police has also registered the FIR No.220 of 2014 at police Station Kazi Ahmed district Shaheed Benazirabad on the complaint of petitioner which is pending in the learned trial Court. Learned A.A.G pointed out the comments of respondents in which it is stated that two FIRs are lodged against present petitioner in which petitioner is on bail and cases are also pending in the learned trial Court. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petition may be disposed of with directions to the respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner on which learned A.A.G submits that respondents will act strictly in accordance to law.

            The petition is disposed of accordingly.
