2&3     Comments of respondents No.2,3 & 5 are already on record in which they have denied the allegations against them and clearly stated that they have not caused any harassment to petitioner. Petitioner No.1 is also present and he has gone through the comments submitted by the police officials. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petition may be disposed with direction to respondents not to cause any harassment to petitioner and they shall also provide protection to him. Learned State counsel agrees that in future no harassment will be caused to petitioner by respondents and they will also provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

                        Petition is disposed of accordingly.
