                        On  the last date of hearing none was present  for the petitioner. Petitioner has approached this Court for restraining order against respondents No.4 to 6 from causing any harassment to the petitioner and his family members. He has also prayed for directions against respondent No.5 to lodge the F.I.R.

                        So far as harassment and protection is concerned,  learned State counsel files comments that no harassment shall be caused by the police officials  to the petitioner. If he will approach the concern police, necessary protection will also be provided to him in accordance with law. For the prayer of lodgment of F.I.R., he submits that petitioner may avail appropriate remedy by filing of application to the Justice of Peace. Contentions of learned State counsel seems to be reasonable.

                        Petition disposed of accordingly.
