                        Petitioner has prayed that directions may be issued against respondent No.1 to restrain the respondents No.2 to 5 from causing any harassment to petitioner and his family. He has also prayed that respondent No.1 be directed to provide protection. Today learned A.A.G has filed comments of respondents No.1,3,4 & 5 in which they have denied the allegations of harassment, however, they agreed that if petitioner will approach, then necessary protection will be provided to him and his family members. The comments are taken on record. learned A.A.G is also of the view that no harassment shall be caused to the petitioner and his family by the police. The petition is disposed of with directions to the official respondents not to cause any harassment to the petitioner and his family in future and they will strictly act in accordance with law.
