            Petitioner has approached this court for seeking direction against respondents to pay Rs.7,19,427/-. This amount was payable by the respondents on account of services of the computerization of Water and Sewerage bills provided by the petitioner.

            Today learned counsel for H.D.A has filed his statement alongwith undated schedule of payment duly signed by the Managing Director Water and Sanitation Agency H.D.A Hyderabad and petitioner. By the mutual consent the payment has agreed to be paid within 14-installments. The petitioner is satisfied and confirmed to have signed this schedule of payment by mutual consent.

            The petitioner is disposed of accordingly
