4-         Petitioner has prayed for restoration of the service as well as his salary with effect from 01.4.2014. Orders passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police Sanghar available on record at page No.15 shows that petitioner was Police constable and he was placed under suspension and show cause notice was also issued. However, vide letter dated 16.5.2014 he was awarded major punishment for dismissal from service. To a question raised by this Court to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how this petition is maintainable in view of the article 212 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 and proper forum is to approach the service tribunal for the redressal of the grievance of petitioner. After arguing at some length learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner will avail the appropriate remedy and file the appeal before service tribunal. In view of his statement, this petition is disposed of along with all pending applications.
