                        The case of petitioner is that his father-in-law Wali Muhammad s/o Peerano was serving in Irrigation Department who was murdered on 23.01.1992. Late Wali Muhammad has left only one surviving legal heir who is his daughter Mst. Nabeela who is wife of present petitioner. Under the employees son quota policy the petitioner has applied for the job in the capacity of son in law of Wali Muhammad. Learned A.A.G has filed comments of respondents No.2 & 3 in which it is clearly stated that petitioner is not son of deceased employee of Irrigation Department hence his request cannot be considered in view of Government policy 2002. At this stage learned counsel for petitioner submits that if appointment of petitioner is not possible then real daughter of deceased employee shall apply to the department, on which learned A.A.G submits that she may apply for the post in accordance with law and if she is found eligible, her application will be processed and same will be considered for her appointment. Learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied, therefore instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
