2 to 4  Petitioner has filed this petition for recovery of Rs.8,28,850/-which is liable to be paid by the respondents on account of fuel supplied by the petitioner’s filling station. He has attached a copy of letter dated 18.11.2014 issued by the Executive Engineer Central Sindh Mechanical Division Jamshoro and also attached few slips.

            In fact through this petition the petitioner has filed a suit for recovery which is not maintainable U/A 199 of Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973, no writ lies when adequate, alternate and efficacious remedy is available under the law. After arguing at some length learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will approach the appropriate forum for the redressal of grievance of petitioner.

            Petition is dismissed in limine. The petitioner may approach civil court for recovery of outstanding amount in accordance with law.
