of the petitioner is that her husband AbidAli was performing duties in Public
Health Engineering Department who expired on 15.4.2013. after his death,
petitioner applied for the job of her son Ebad Ali and made representation to
the concerned department. Obituary issued by the Chief Engineer on 26.4.2013
available on record in which department expressed their profound regret on the
demise of petitioner’s husband and also appreciated services rendered by him.
Letter of Chief Engineer dated 10.7.2013 is also available on record which was
communicated to the son of petitioner in which it is stated that his
application for appointment as Accounts Clerk on deceased quota was received by
department without NOC of other legal heirs. The question raised by this court
to learned counsel for petitioner; Whether all requisite formalities have been
complied with to which learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner
has fulfilled all the requirements. Learned A.A.G submits that if petition will
fulfill all the requisite

formalities according to law for the appointment on deceased son quota, the application will be considered for appointment.
In view of his statement this petition is taken up for hearing and disposed of with direction to petitioner that if she has not submitted entire requisite documents, same will be submitted within ten(10) days to the Chief Engineer Public Health Department and after receiving of said documents, the respondentNo.3 will process the application of petitioner for appointment against deceased son quota in accordance with law and communicate the decision within two months.
