                        Petitioner has prayed that direction may be given to respondent No.4 to record his statement and lodge the FIR against respondents No.5 to 9. He has not filed any application U/s 22-A & B Cr.P.C before the Justice of Peace, however, he has filed an application to DIGP Hyderabad for this purpose. In order to seek this relief, he may approach to the Justice of Peace and file an appropriate application, besides that he has also prayed that respondents No.1 & 2 may be directed to provide protection to him, so also prayed that necessary order may be passed against respondents No.4 to 9 so that may not cause any harassment to the petitioner.

                        Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.5,7 & 8 submits that they will not cause any harassment to the petitioner, so far as the respondents No.6 & 9 are concerned they are called absent despite notice.

                        This petition is disposed of with direction to respondents No.4 to 9 not to cause any harassment to the petitioner in future, petitioner may approach for registration of FIR to the Justice of Peace, if concerned police refused to record his statement U/s 154 Cr.P.C. For getting protection he may approach to respondents No.1 & 2 if any application is filed, they are directed to provide protection to the petitioner in accordance with law.

                        The petition is disposed of accordingly.
