            The petitioners have prayed that the respondent No.1 be directed to restrain the respondent No.2 from causing harassment to the petitioners on the behest of private respondents No.3 to 8. It is further stated that the respondent No.1 be directed to provide protection to the petitioners so that the respondents No.3 to 8 may not declare the petitioners ‘Karo Kari’.

            The comments of respondents No.1 and 2 are already on record while the respondent No.4 has also filed his objections.

            The official respondents in their comments denied the allegations of causing any harassment to the petitioners while Mr. Mumtaz Alam Leghari, Advocate appearing for respondents 4 and 5 has also denied all the allegations of causing harassment.

            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after filing this petition the petitioner No.2 has been implicated in a false case lodged by one Gul Bahar at Police Station Jamal Shah District Shaheed Benazirabad, vide crime No.08 of 2015 under section 324, 397, 114, 504, 337 PPC and he is behind the bar.

            The learned State counsel as well as learned counsel appearing for respondents No.4 and 5 both have stated that no harassment will caused by them to the petitioners and action, if any, will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

            The counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly.

The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that one Mukhtiar Ali has filed Constitutional Petition No.S-206 of 2015 before the learned Single Bench which is also pending in which he claims to be the husband of petitioner No.1 which is tagged with the Constitutional Petition.

            Office is directed to place copy of this order in C.P. No.S-206 of 2015, and fix the same before the learned Single Bench according to Roster.
