            None present for the petitioner. On the last date also nobody was present for the petitioner. The learned A.A.G. has filed comments, taken on record.    The counsel for respondent No.5 pointed out that during pendency of this petition, the same petitioner filed Complaint No.73/2013 u/s 3 of Illegal Dispossession Act, 2005 which was dismissed by IInd Additional District & Sessions Judge, Hyderabad on 19.11.2013. Thereafter, the same petitioner filed Criminal Revision Application No.196/2013 in this Court which was also dismissed by learned Single Judge of this Court on 17.03.2014. Both orders and the plot number mentioned in this petition and the complaint are same.

            Since the petitioner has already availed appropriate remedy in accordance with law, therefore, this petition is not maintainable, which is accordingly dismissed.
