            Through this petition the petitioner has challenged the transfer order dated 8.6.2012 whereby he was transferred and posted as Secretary Union Council Husri district Hyderabad. The petitioner had handed over the charge and during pendency of this petition much time has lapsed and he has already accepted the transfer, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press this petition subject to filing of fresh petition if any cause of action accrued to the petitioner in relation to his frequent transfer or any other grievance.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of accordingly.
