            The matter was fixed on 18.8.2014 but due to non-appearance of petitioner’s counsel it was adjourned, then it was fixed on 10.3.2015 again the counsel for petitioner was called absent and as a last chance the matter was adjourned for today with the caution that if the petitioner counsel failed to appear, the petition will be dismissed. Despite intimation notice to the petitioner’s counsel he is called absent which shows that the petitioner has lost interest. This petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
