            This matter was fixed on 28.2.2012 on which date counsel for the petitioner was present and notice was issued to the respondents with the injunctive relief that till next date status-quo to be maintained. Thereafter this matter was fixed on 26.4.2012, 29.5.2012, 29.10.2013 and 26.3.2015 but neither the petitioners appeared nor their counsel.

            Mr. Irfan Ahmed Qureshi advocate is appearing for intervenors namely Ghulam Hussain and Bashir Ahmed.

            Since last so many dates of hearing neither the petitioners nor their counsel are appearing and today also position is same. This petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications are also disposed of accordingly.
