          The petitioner had applied for the post of Deputy Manager Legal and according to the counter affidavit filed by the respondent, he could not succeed in the written test conducted by K.P.T Legal Affairs Department.

2.       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had also applied for next written test but he was not allowed to sit in the examination after shot listing the candidates.

3.       Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 to 5 and Standing Counsel submit that petitioner will be allowed to sit in the next written test whenever new posts of Deputy Manager Legal are created or advertised in the newspapers if he will meet the criteria of the said post.

4.       Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly. The copy of this order be transmitted to the Manager H.R K.P.T for information.
