                        Petitioner has approached this Court in the month of November 2013 for implementation of the order dated 22.12.1996 passed by the Commissioner Hyderabad Division Hyderabad. We have seen the order dated 22.12.1996 where Commissioner Hyderabad Division Hyderabad directed the Deputy Commissioner district Shaheed Benaziarabad to cancel some bogus entries in the record of rights and necessary entries should be effected in the record of rights in favour of petitioner, so far as the case of fraud, forgery and corruption is concerned he was directed to refer to the matter to Anti Corruption Department for legal action. Order further reflects that during proceedings, Advocate for petitioner produced record and certified true copies of village form-VII which were issued in favour of petitioner. learned A.A.G has filed comments in which it is clearly stated that entire record of Deh Jagpal was burnt in the riots of 27.12.2007 and same record was reconstituted but the petitioner did not produce any valid proof about ownership of land in question nor the petitioner is in possession of said title document or land. Learned counsel for petitioner agrees to produce the title document available with the petitioner before respondent No.2 who is Deputy Commissioner Shaheed Benazirabad against whom directions were issued by the Commissioner Hyderabad Division Hyderabad in petition No.146/HVG/R/96. Learned A.A.G is also of the view that if title documents are produced by the petitioner before the respondent No.2, and the same are found genuine, the order passed by the Commissioner Hyderabad Division Hyderabad will be complied with.

                        In view of above, petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to produce the title documents before respondent No.2, thereafter he will verify the record and comply with the order dated 22.12.1996 passed by the Commissioner Hyderabad Division Hyderabad.
