After arguing at some length the learned counsel for the petitioner, counsel for respondent No.4 and learned A.A.G. all have agreed to a modality that this petition may be disposed of with some directions to the petitioner to first approach to respondent No.2 and file appropriate complaint and if any such complaint is filed, the respondent No.2 shall decide the same within a period of one month. Ashique Ali Executive Engineer Hala Division is also present in Court who undertakes that if petitioner files any application/complaint to him he will decide the same within one month after providing ample opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent No.4.

In view of above the petition is disposed of accordingly.
