2to4.   Office has raised the objection that when the suit is already pending in the Civil Court, how the present petition is maintainable. We have also seen that petitioner Abdul Jabbar has already filed F.C. Suit No.187 of 2014 with almost same prayer which is pending. The learned counsel for the petitioner could not be able to justify the filing of this petition during pendency of the suit on the same cause of action. This petition is dismissed with listed applications.
