Mr. Allah Bachayo Soomro, Additional A.G along with SIP Manzoor Ali on behalf of SSP Hyderabad and SIP Muhammad Younus S.H.O P.S Makli District Thatta.

            Mr. Mir Muhammad Jamali advocate has filed vakalatnama for respondents No.6,9 and 10 which is taken on record. Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh has also filed comments of respondents No.2,4 and 5 which are taken on record and copies have been supplied to the petitioners’ counsel.

            No FIR was lodged in this case by the father of the petitioner No.1. However, he is present in Court and after meeting with his daughter (petitioner No.1) he has accepted the marriage of the petitioners and has amicably resolved the matter. The petitioners now have no grievance against the respondents No.6 to 10 as the respondent No.6 has accepted their marriage and assured that no harassment shall be caused to them. In view of his statement this petition is disposed of accordingly. Even then for an abandoned caution the respondents No.2 to 4 are directed to provide protection to the petitioners in accordance with law.
