            Learned Additional Advocate General Sindh has filed statement along with written statement and two annexures which are taken on record. Through Annexure-B it is intimated that the petitioner has been retired w.e.f 01.02.2014.

            This petition is pending since 2009. Earlier also this petition was dismissed for non-prosecution but it was restored subsequently. Lastly when this matter was fixed again petitioner and his counsel both were absent and today also same is the position.

            This petition is dismissed along with listed applications.
