3.         It is, inter alia, contended that husband of the petitioner, namely, Roshan Ali is under unlawful confinement of respondent No.3. She requests for appointment of Raid Commissioner. Issue notice to the respondents as well as Additional A.G. for 30.04.2015. In the meanwhile, Syed Sabit Ali Shah, Deputy Registrar of this Court is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner to conduct a raid at Police Station City, Hyderabad and search out the husband of the petitioner Roshan Ali and in case he is found under unlawful confinement he should be released forthwith with direction to appear in this Court on next date. The SHO Police Station City Hyderabad (respondent No.3) should also be bound down to appear before this Court on the said date.

LATE DIARY.

            Before we could sign the order, the learned counsel for the petitioner again appeared alongwith the petitioner and stated that Roshan Ali, the husband of the petitioner has reached the home and now the petitioner has no grievance against the respondents and does not want to press this petition.  The petition is disposed of accordingly.
