4.         The applicants have approached this Court for protective bail in Crime No.11/2015, lodged at Police Station Bhan District Jamshoro, under sections 341, 353, 147, 148, 149 P.P.C r/w Sections 6/7 A.T. Act.

            The allegations against the applicants are that they and some other persons blocked the Indus Highway, burnt tyres and raised slogans against the police that unless Dilbar is released, they will not open the road. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that in similar crime co-accused Mujahid Hussain has already been granted protective bail by this Court on 06.03.2015 in Cr. Bail A. No.D-23 of 2015.

            Without touching the merits of the case, applicants are granted protective bail for seven days subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

            This protective bail order will remain in force for seven days from today or on the date when the applicants will surrender before the court, whichever is earlier.

            Bail application is disposed of accordingly.
