            On the last date of hearing, Ghazanfarullah A/Cs Officer WASA was present and admitted that Rs.4,48,649/- is liable to be returned back to the petitioner on account of security deposit. He requested that sometime may be granted for payment to the petitioner in installments, therefore, he was directed to come with proper proposal. Today, he has submitted the proposal in shape of undertaking duly signed by the Managing Director Water & Sanitation Agency, HDA Hyderabad, in which he undertakes to pay the said amount in six monthly installments. The petitioner present in Court, accept this proposal. The undertaking is taken on record.

            In view of above, the Managing Director Water & Sanitation Agency, HDA Hyderabad is directed to make the payment in installments, as mentioned in the undertaking, regularly without fail. In case of any default, contempt proceedings shall be initiated against him, as there was no occasion to make delay in the payment of security deposit, which was lying in trust with WASA and not to make use of it for their own expenses. Since the petitioner has accepted the terms of undertaking, we are disposing of this petition accordingly.
